Steel Repair Sleeve
Hunt Pipeline Products takes great pride in manufacturing Steel Repair Sleeve.
100% of all products produced in our factory undergo extreme scrutiny with regards to Quality Control.
Our products receive a unique serial number. This allows us to identify each part that leaves our facility. We maintain historical data with regards to Quality Control documents as well as Material Test Reports for each part.
Hunt Pipeline Products only utilizes structural plate steel and pressure vessel grade steel that is melted and manufactured in the USA.
We produce sizes ranging from 3.5″ ID up to 60″ ID, 120″ lengths and thickness ranging from 5/16″ up to 3/4″
Milled Groove for Backing Strip is available.
Each bundle includes the following:
- PVC tube containing Backing Strip
- PVC tube containing material test reports for the Steel Repair Sleeve and Backing Strip
- Each bundle is banded together with 4″X 4″ dunnage to save time and increase safety.
- Separators between parts to prevent damage while shipping.
- QR Codes for traceability.
