Bridge Sleeves are commonly used in applications where a structural repair is required over an existing composite wrap. The bridge section is designed to a custom inside diameter, allowing for clearance over the composite repair while maintaining a secure fit on unaffected pipe. We also offer options to include ports for venting or for filling with annulus materials, depending on your application needs.
Our Bridge Sleeves are available in sizes from 3.5” ID up to 60” ID, with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.250” to 3”+. Each component is 100% CNC machined to ensure precise tolerances and consistent quality. For added installation flexibility, sleeves are available with an optional mill-grooved backing strip configuration.
