Standard Profile Pumpkin

Hunt Pipeline Products manufactures Standard Profile Pumpkins. These products are used to encapsulate pipelines with a faulty flange connection or to cover a temporary repair such as a composite wrap or bolt on clamp. These products come with a vent and possible a port for fill the anulus with our Anulus Fill Resin, see our products page for information. We offer this product in two variations:

  • Formed version- The product is formed from one piece of steel eliminating any fabrication. The following NPS options are available: 2.5” up to 24”
  • Fabricated version- The product is custom fabricated to fit your repair need, basically any size NPS can be generated. This product will be provided with Engineering and drawings by our Professional Engineer. Standard Profile Pumpkins (Fabricated version) can be created in sizes from 3.5” NPS up to any size required in thickness up to 3”
