Repair Sleeve

Raw materials utilized in the manufacturing of our products undergo additional testing to ensure the materials meet the specified requirements. We conduct Ultrasonic Testing, PMI (positive material identification) and CNV (Charpy V notch)

We understand there is a possibility a product could make its way from the steel mill to the processor to our facility and ultimately to our customers pipeline with an error, we decided to capture any threats before they make it to our customer eliminating a major accident.

Our management team decided to conduct these tests at no additional cost to our customers. The results of the tests are available to all parties associated with the repair; the project manager, field manager, weld inspector and anybody else who would need to see MTR’s or test results, give us a call to see how.

Our team has created dent repair products that can be used in conjunction with our repair sleeve, by filling the voids between the outside diameter of the pipeline and the inside diameter of the repair sleeve with our multiple options of compound this will ensure a longer life to your pipeline asset.
