Weld Support Sleeve

Hunt Pipeline Products manufactures Weld Support Sleeves to assist you in integrity repairs that are in the heat affected zone of a pipeline.

With having the clearance within the product this allows the Steel Repair Sleeve to pass over a joint weld.

Weld Support Sleeves are manufactured with the same strict quality control specifications as well as the unique serial number for traceability.

We manufacture the weld support Sleeves in sizes ranging from 6.625″ ID up to 60″ ID, material thickness ranges from 1/4″ up to 3/4″ and lengths up to 60″

Each sleeve comes with a 30 degree long seam bevel and square cut ends. Vent holes and backing strips are included.

Weld Support Sleeves can also be utilized at river crossings, bridge crossings and any other area that requires extra support.

Hunt Pipeline Products Weld Support Sleeves are manufactured with great accuracy, we utilize tooling that we have designed and manufactured in house as well as CNC milling machines to cut the raw materials and the bevels to provide the most accurate part available.

Our weld Support Sleeves undergo the same testing and traceability as our Steel Repair Sleeves.
